Exalead acquired by Dassault Systèmes

Another Enterprise Search vendor is acquired - Exalead recently announced they will be purchased by Dassault Systèmes for 135 million Euros.

The acquisition will give Exalead major exposure and the capability to leverage Dassault's sales and partnership infrastructure. It looks like a win-win for the firm and its investors and I would not be shocked to see Exalead move into the Gartner Leaders Quadrant in the near future.
